Показана возможность широкого использования низкочастотных флуктуаций для неразрушающего контроля твердых материалов. Обоснована эффективность флуктуационного неразрушающего контроля твердых материалов. Отмечена перспективность применения флуктуационного неразрушающего контроля для повышения надежности электронных приборов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presented analysis of experimental and theoretical studies of electric low-frequency fluctuations in solids. The possibility of extensive use of low-frequency fluctuations for solid material nondestructive testing is shown. Effectiveness of fluctuation nondestructive testing of solid materials is justified.
