Аварии на нефтегазовых объектах являются одной из основных причин загрязнения окружающей среды и гибели людей. В целях решения проблемы обеспечения безопасности нефтегазовых объектов был проведен обзор их состояния в Йеменской Республике, проанализированы статистические данные об авариях, определены события, вызывающие пожары в опасных ситуациях, и построены сценарии возникновения и распространения пожаров путем изучения аварии на нефтеперерабатывающем заводе в Адене, а также оценены выбросы в атмосферу масс легковоспламеняющихся веществ в результате пожароопасных ситуаций, определены комплексы факторов пожарной опасности для различных сценариев распространения, оценены последствия воздействия факторов пожарной опасности на людей, разработана основа для оценки рисков и управления ими.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. Accidents at oil and gas facilities are among the main causes of environmental pollution and loss of life. In the interests of solving the problem of ensuring the safety of oil and gas facilities, a review of the state of oil and gas facilities in the republic of Yemen was carried out, statistical data on accidents were analysed, defined the events that cause a fire in hazardous situations and build scenarios for the occurrence and development of fires through the study of an accident in the Aden refinery, also assessment of the mass of flammable substances entering the surrounding space as a result of fire hazardous situations, construction of fields of hazardous factors of fire for various scenarios of its development, assessment of the consequences of exposure to hazardous fire factors on people, and a base was developed for risk assessment and management.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>нефтегазовые объекты</kwd><kwd>авария</kwd><kwd>дерево сценариев</kwd><kwd>тепловой поток</kwd><kwd>факторы опасности</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>oil and gas facilities</kwd><kwd>accident</kwd><kwd>scenario tree</kwd><kwd>heat flux</kwd><kwd>factors of hazardous</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Al-Maitami M.
