Показано, как рассчитать затраты на гарантийный ремонт с учётом интенсивности отказов радиоэлектронной аппаратуры изделия на этапе проектирования и заложить их в структуру цены изделия, исходя из продолжительности гарантийных обязательств. Оценив ожидаемую стоимость ремонтов изделия за период гарантийных обязательств, можно сократить затраты предприятия-изготовителя, создав резерв средств на гарантийное обслуживание, позволяющий сэкономить на налоге на прибыль.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents the methods for defining a manufacturer’s expected costs for warranty maintenance of products. It is shown how to calculate the cost of warranty repairs, with the failure rate of radio-electronic equipment at the design phase taken into account, and put them into the structure of a product’s price, with the duration of warranty borne in mind.
